What SolaceTix is

SolaceTix is a price-comparison and information service. We are not a ticket seller, marketplace, broker or agent of any seller or event organiser. We don’t sell tickets, take payments, deliver tickets or handle refunds. When you click through to a seller, your purchase is governed by that seller’s terms.

Prices and accuracy

We aim to show accurate all-in prices using data supplied by sellers and third parties. However, prices, fees, availability and event details change frequently and may be delayed or wrong. The price shown at the seller’s checkout is the price that applies. Preview builds of SolaceTix may display clearly labelled sample data that is not real.

Alerts and emails

Alerts are a convenience. We don’t guarantee that alerts will be sent at any particular time, that a price will be available when you click, or that a price will drop.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that harms the service, no attempts to break security, no unlawful use, and no use of the site to resell tickets in breach of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The SolaceTix name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Event names, performer names and seller trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify events and sellers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from purchases made with third-party sellers, or from inaccurate third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. [Lawyer to confirm.]
